Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Giftyfifty.in . If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) following our Returns Policy. Customized products are not eligible for returns or cancellations unless or until there is as manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your amount will be refunded with 5 working days.
